Thank you for shopping with Vitamin God™. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If tracking updates appear delayed, please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to refresh their system.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and DPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping only.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We work closely with our carriers to ensure smooth delivery, but issues can happen.

If your package is delayed:
Please allow an additional 2–3 business days after the expected delivery date. Often packages arrive shortly after an initial delay.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you don’t have it:

  1. Confirm the shipping address is correct.

  2. Check with household members or neighbors.

  3. Look around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.)
    If still not located after 48 hours, contact us at support@shopvitamingod.com.

If your package arrives damaged:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.
If the order has not shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes and cannot refund orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.
